According to Greek mythology, Arcadia is an idyllic vision of unspoiled wilderness,
a paradise home to bountiful natural splendour and simple pleasures.
We think this sums up Waiheke Island’s Palm Beach, and the way we run our restaurant perfectly.
It is the simple pleasures in life that bring us the most joy.
Catching up with friends & family over a few drinks, eating delicious food made from great produce.
Our menu is not fussy, we use fresh quality ingredients to create good, honest food.
Our service style is laidback & friendly.
We are here for breakfast, lunch, dinner and drinks.
You can set yourself up for the afternoon in the front courtyard, watching the foot traffic go by.
Cosy up inside for a romantic dinner for two, or get a group together and make the most
of our covered deck and beer garden area.
Location and How to Get Here
You will find Arcadia at 39 Palm Road, just across the road from the beautiful Palm Beach – Waiheke locals’ favourite beach. Palm Beach is just a 10-minute
drive from the ferry at Matiatia,
or hop on the 502 bus, which will
drop you out the front.

At Arcadia we offer breakfast, lunch, dinner and everything in between. We like to keep things simple and focus on using fresh, quality produce to create delicious meals. Our chefs love to experiment and you find daily changing specials.
We have a wide selection of beverages for you to enjoy including beer on tap, a great cocktail list and a wide gin selection.

Our Suppliers
We are proud to support local suppliers, both on Waiheke and a little further afield. A few of our regular suppliers are:
Nikki from Nikki’s Greens, who is out in her garden every morning carefully harvesting her beautiful organic salad greens for delivery each day.
Nigel and the team at Kiwi Fish, who are hard at work each day sustainably catching the best local fish.
The team at Wild Wheat, who are up early each day making layers of buttery pastry for the almond croissants and two-day proving their superb sourdough.

Arcadia is the perfect choice for a group celebration or event. Be it a birthday party, anniversary, corporate event or a girls’ night out,
we can cater to your needs.
We provide various options: you can hire the whole venue, secure a private area, or just book a table.

Front courtyard where you can see the sea and watch the world go by.
Two inside dining areas which can seat
up to 48 combined.
Enclosed outside deck area overlooking the garden, which can seat up to 24.
Garden lounge area which is great for a
cocktail party.
